Learning to Read ~ Common Words has been designed to help students develop reading skills using pictorial clues.

1. Each page has an interesting picture which is labelled with common words.

    

2. The student is asked to recognise the words and then colour that part of the picture in the correct colour.

    

3. By completing these fun and enjoyable activities the student will experience success and develop confidence in the early stages of learning to read.
