This book contains four sets of activities covering a variety of tasks, which can be used as homework activities or as a supplement to activities done in the classroom. They may also be utilised for home schooling and tutoring.

 

The activities provide opportunities for the students to work independently across most major learning areas.

 

The pages are intended to be photocopied onto coloured or plain card and laminated for protection. They can be placed in a container in a central location for students to access easily.

 

The activities are designed to develop writing, recording, mathematical, spelling and investigative skills in a variety of topics. All are able to be completed using materials that can be easily found at home.

 

A checklist has been included for the students to record the activities as they complete them, and a class checklist has been made for the teacher to enlarge and record each student's progress on.
