Classroom art 5-7 is a compilation of art activities to inspire students to communicate through visual arts and aid their development as young artists. The activities provide opportunities for directed skill development in the disciplines of drawing, painting and printmaking, while remaining largely open-ended, encouraging students to experiment and explore the possibilities ofusing their own unique techniques and ideas. The activities cover the use of a wide range of inexpensive media readily available in craft stores and schools and stimulate imagination by building from familiar ideas to an individual response.
